Our good friend Micheal Coryell has announced his departure of The Valley Runners. Micheal will be heading out this summer to college. We might follow him, due to he’s brought so much to the band. His work on Harp, Mandolin “Marv”, and Banjo, and backup vocals has been inspiring. Watching Mike trade instruments during Live shows was always a treat for me. A few songs he even played two instrument parts. Though he may be leaving you never know when he might come back as a special guest, so keep your eyes peeled. For now Mikes last performance with The Valley Runners will be Friday May 17th at The Bus Stop Fest in Vicksburg. We look forward to “one last Jam” with Mike. For me, Mike has become a great friend and I truly will miss him. Stay tuned for Mike on the latest album TRAILS TO SILVERTOWN. It was a pleasure having him on the album and in the band. Thanks Mike and good luck.…Stuart Shaw and The Valley Runners

Thanks Again my friends, fans, and family for another great year with music. This website has had over 5000 hits this year, and 10,000 hits sense the start. Last year, I had a great journey. With adding a few new members to THE VALLEY RUNNERS, playing some awesome performances from the main stage to the backwoods festivals. And I’ve met some great people along the way. 2013 already has many Live performances booked and I look forward to sharing the new album. So again, THANK YOU PEOPLE.…Happy Anniversary.…
